Why do I coach?
As an Army officer, I learned very quickly that no one succeeds alone -- the smartest people I know are those who willingly both ask for and offer help. Having navigated several difficult transitions already (joining the military, readjusting to civilian life, and leaning into grad school), I know how critical it is to have a good coach in your corner.
