About Rafi

Hey -- I'm Rafi! Originally from Oakland, CA, I graduated from UCLA before beginning my career at Bain & Company in Los Angeles, where I helped recruit and interview undergraduate candidates. From Bain, I joined an early stage climate tech startup (employee #2!). I was admitted to the Stanford Graduate School of Business as a deferred undergraduate applicant, and am midway through my second year here on campus. Whether you're applying to business school, recruiting for a management consulting or strategy role, or navigating the startup ecosystem to find your next gig, I can help you craft your story and prep for interviews. I have coached about ~30 individuals on their management consulting or MBA paths.
