About Petie
Originally from Columbus, Ohio, I first ventured to the east coast as a freshman at the University of Pennsylvania. Since then, I've worked in consulting, finance, and even tried my hand at a few startups. I recently graduated from Harvard Business School and now live and work in New York City. Thinking back to the pivotal moments of my educational journey, the consistent theme is the support I received from people along the way. Friends, mentors, and whatever other resources I could scrape together, ultimately shaped my applications to both my undergraduate and graduate institutions.
Why do I coach?
All it takes is one person to change the trajectory of your life. As someone who first experienced this when an older girl on my high school swim team offered to read my college essays, and later experienced again when calling on her and others to read my business school applications, I hope to help others shape their stories to highlight their best selves in what can often be a confusing and overwhelming application process.
