About Paul

Hi, I’m Paul. I have 7+ years of product management experience and prior to that worked in enterprise tech sales and management consulting. I’ve worked at small startups, big tech companies, and founded a startup of my own. I’ve scaled growth stage products, managed portfolios of mature products, and launched a number of products from zero to one. Two experiences sold me on the value of coaching. The first was breaking into product management from sales. Trying to pivot into product management without the “right” pedigree felt nearly impossible. The second was fumbling an interview I should have aced after years of working in product. Both experiences taught the same lesson: interviewing for product management is an independent skill from doing the job, it’s one anyone can learn to do well, and one even experienced PMs can neglect. So now I help people hone their product interviewing skills, whether they’re brand new to product and trying to break in, or have years of experience in product and need to brush up on interviewing.
