About Noah

Recovering chemical engineering student turned strategy and operations professional. Now, with 3+ years of experience at Capital One, I specialize in experimentation and operations innovation, and have experience on both sides of interviews. Due to my current employment at Capital One, there are limitations on the coaching I can provide. These include: 1) I may not refer my clients to Capital One; 2) I may not coach Capital One candidates or anyone eligible for Capital One's campus recruiting programs 3) I may not coach anyone to pursue job opportunities with entities that are competitors to Capital One, to include entities in the financial services, fintech, travel booking, or automotive lending industries, Capital One Shopping, or entities that compete with Capital One Software products (currently Slingshot). Thank you for your understanding! Please let me know if you are unsure about any of these limitations.

Why do I coach?

Mentors have helped me every step of the way in my career, so I am passionate about giving back.
