About Nikki

Hi there. My name is Nikki Moriarty. I’m a mom of two boys who knows firsthand what it’s like to feel completely burned out. On paper, I had everything I was supposed to want—a great job, a successful career—but the long hours, endless deadlines, and constant juggling act between work and family left me exhausted. I kept pushing through, thinking that was just how life was supposed to be… until I realized I couldn’t keep going like that. That moment of exhaustion turned into a spark—one that led me on a journey of transformation. I knew there had to be a better way to live, one that aligned with my values and passions instead of running me into the ground. That’s why I became a life coach. Now, I help others who feel stuck in the same cycle of burnout, stress, and overwhelm. Whether you’re navigating career pressures, struggling to find balance, or just feeling like you’ve lost yourself along the way, I’m here to help. My coaching blends real-life experience as a mom and former corporate leader with the tools and support you need to reclaim your energy, your purpose, and your life.

Why do I coach?

I want to share a personal story, my story, to give you a deeper understanding of just how real it is. After more than a decade in a high-pressure corporate job, I was burned out in every sense of the word. I had just become a mom to two kids under 2 and had moved to a new state. On top of that, my husband’s frequent work travels left me juggling everything on my own. I was trying to balance motherhood, a demanding career, and life’s countless responsibilities—and I wasn’t doing a very good job of it. In April of 2019, I hit rock bottom. I fell asleep at the wheel and totaled my car. The truth? I wasn’t just tired—I was drunk, depleted, and completely empty. I had been running on fumes for so long that I’d completely lost control. That moment—when everything came crashing down—was my wake-up call. It forced me to face the reality that I had been neglecting myself, pushing my limits for far too long. At that moment, my kids weren’t with me. No one was. It was just me, facing myself—and for the first time in a long while, I had to reckon with the choices I’d been making. I’m grateful for that moment, for the clarity it brought, because it was the turning point I needed to finally start taking care of me. That moment marked a turning point. I realized I had to make changes, put myself first, and get help. That’s when I decided to become a certified life coach—to heal and to help others who were struggling with the same burnout. I’m sharing this because burnout isn’t just a buzzword—it’s real, and it can affect anyone. It’s so easy to push ourselves past our limits, believing that we have to do it all and do it perfectly. But burnout doesn’t have to be a part of your story. You have the right to rest, to ask for help, and to prioritize your well-being. So, if you’re feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or like you’re just running on fumes—know that you’re not alone. And please, take the time to rest. You deserve it, not as a reward, but as a right.
