After more than a decade in corporate leadership roles, I realized I had a greater passion: helping individuals succeed and grow. It was always a dream of mine to use the skills I learned to coach others. When I reflect on the many twists and turns my career has taken, I am most fulfilled when I see others tackle challenging situations and uncover solutions they hadn’t previously considered. Some refer to them as AHA moments. I enjoy leveraging my extensive HR expertise to assist clients in navigating the intricacies of the corporate world. My focus includes fostering professional development, nurturing leadership skills, and helping individuals achieve their ambitious career goals. Why do I coach?
My passion for coaching stems from a deeply personal experience. At a crossroads in my career, I sought guidance from a career transition coach. This transformative experience helped me clarify my priorities, identify my values, and set meaningful goals. Now, I'm driven to help others navigate their own career journeys. I find immense satisfaction in witnessing those 'AHA' moments – when clients overcome challenges, uncover hidden potential, and gain clarity in their purpose.
