I've worked as a data scientist and director of data science teams at several leading tech companies, including Google, Uber, and LinkedIn. My experience spans many domains, including search, advertising, marketplaces, recommender systems, and AI. One of the most rewarding aspects of leadership has been the opportunity to mentor data scientists (and data science managers) and help them grow in their careers.
