About Micah

Hello! My name is Micah and I am a graduating senior at UCLA, born and raised in San Francisco. I have a passion for community building through operational strategy, culminating in the founding of the UCLA Squash team that reached a top 10 club team ranking in the US, and my work at Altman Solon, and soon, BCG. I have worked in various industries, such as Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, and Startups, and am an expert in lending various backgrounds to consulting recruiting. I am confident that no matter who you are, I can be of value in your professional journey!

Why do I coach?

Like everyone else on this platform, I would not be where I am without the help of amazing mentors, and I want to play that same role in someone's life. I have been coaching sports since I was a teenager, and nothing brings me more joy than seeing others succeed!
