Welcome to my profile! With a strong foundation MCAT fundamentals through my degree in Nutritional Science (and minor in Sociology) from Brigham Young University, I have dedicated my career to helping aspiring medical students excel in their MCAT preparation. My background includes roles as an Anatomy Instructor and Teaching Assistant, where I managed large teams and supported over 800 students per semester, ensuring they grasp complex scientific concepts. As an MCAT Tutor with MedSchoolCoach, I leverage my extensive experience in teaching to guide students towards achieving their target scores. Additionally, my research experience at Massachusetts General Hospital and the University of Utah has honed my analytical skills, which I apply to tailor personalized study plans for my clients. About Meghan

My parents sealed my medical school fate when my dad brought home a Children's Anatomy Atlas (from Costco, of all places). Throughout college, I worked as an instructor in the anatomy labs, teaching multiple sections of 20 students each semester. My university's program was notoriously difficult, but I found joy and satisfaction in helping students conquer the semester--especially since the class seemed impossible to me at first. After graduating, I became an MCAT tutor and pre-med coach to continue working with amazing students. I absolutely love helping go-getters reach their potential as future physicians.

Why do I coach?

It took me 7 years to decide I could pursue medicine. I wondered if I could both be a physician and raise a family. I was anxious about taking the MCAT. I felt intense imposter syndrome. Though I had a few amazing mentors and professors, I also ran into resistance from my community. I desperately needed someone who knew me and believed in me even when I didn't believe in myself. I started coaching to be that person for YOU.
