About Matthias
Experienced coach, having helped countless of people shape their career - helping them get into MBB, into Master's programs, helping them with their career and their life overall. Grew up in the country side with a dad working in a prison and a mom working in a call centre, got into the London School of Economics, worked as a consultant at McKinsey, volunteered in an NGO in rural Kenya, now working at Microsoft in Dublin.
Why do I coach?
When I grew up, I had no one in my direct environment I could learn from. Nobody in my direct environment was living the life I aspired to have. Throughout the years I met more and more people who mentored me, who showed me the way. Coaching to me, is giving the opportunity to acquire the mentorship I'd never had.
