Matt brings four years of consulting experience from Bain & Company, where he learned firsthand what it takes to excel as a consultant and, crucially, how to secure such a role in the first place. During his tenure, he also held leadership positions in recruiting for Bain's Los Angeles office and at the University of Virginia, providing him with unique insights into standing out in a highly competitive selection process. After his time at Bain, Matt spent two years teaching high school math and business, refining his ability to distill complex topics into accessible concepts for students. Matt has a proven track record of coaching candidates into MBB consulting roles and is currently a first-year student at Harvard Business School.
