Margaret has helped clients get into these companies:
Former McKinsey ASC trained interviewer as of 2024 (with insight into 2023 recruiting). My style as a coach is direct, firm, and empathetic. I've been in your shoes and know how grueling the interview prep process can be, but with personalized, intensive 1:1 training, you'll feel 100% ready for interview day. You will walk away from a session with me with the following: - Questions answered about the complex / confusing consulting recruiting process - Your goals fulfilled, whether it be a polished resume or concrete recruiting strategy (e.g., networking/coffee chats, how to leverage a recruiter, etc.) - For PEI (behavioral) and casing, feedback based on my experience as an interviewer (and updated rubrics) - Clear timeline on next steps and what to expect - A supportive coach who is there for you every step of the way!

About Margaret
Hey there! I'm Maggie Hua - an aspiring professional coach with extensive admissions consulting experience at the undergrad and MBA levels. I'm a Lawrenceville School '11, Princeton '15 and Wharton MBA '21 alum. I recently spent 2.5 years as an Associate at McKinsey, and left to pursue professional coaching and other startup ideas. I love supporting people to achieve their dreams, whether through school or career, and I'm always excited to get to know YOU as a person first and foremost. Your personality, skills and story are your greatest strength - my role is to help you tease out your best qualities, help you navigate processes, and give you the confidence to go forth and conquer! Growing up between China and the US, I have empathy for lived international / multicultural experiences, and feel those unique perspectives always have a place in any application or experience in school and work.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I believe everyone should have a personal cheerleader who is focused on you. Coaches should help unlock your potential, and feel empowered and excited to pursue what you want! I've benefited very much from the amazing support network around me (colleagues, friends, family, therapist, professional mentors, coaching training cohorts), and I'd be honored to be a part of yours.
