I get no greater thrill than the job hunt and believe I am living proof that anyone can land their dream job or their dream school. As someone with an imperfect GPA, I had to get scrappy to get into BYU, build my career, and then get accepted into Duke's Business School. That process has led to jobs at Google, LinkedIn, Adobe, and Microsoft. Though this process helped me get in the door, it also allowed me to grow my career, culminating in my wife and I moving to Singapore for me to lead LinkedIn's monetization strategy across APAC. Since then, I have received an MBA from Duke and am now working at Microsoft in New York City. My wife Jayne and I just welcomed the cutest baby girl, Georgie, and we are loving living the city life.
