About Kristen

Growing up on a farm in Northern Utah, I knew nothing about what it'd be like to work in tech or consulting, but I loved learning and wanted to impact the world in a meaningful way. Many incredible mentors helped me elevate my vision for my life, and I'm now a senior at Brigham Young University, studying strategic management and English. I have completed 4 internships during my time in college, the most recent being an Associate Consultant Internship at Bain & Company. Participation in a startup incubator program, Sandbox, enabled me to start a digital wellness movement called Ignite, which I operate on the side to help people improve their relationship with technology. I plan to build a career in tech and consulting, and I hope that every role I have will help people live healthier, more fulfilling lives. Most of my passions could be summarized with two words: movement and motivation. When I’m lifting weights at the gym, leading friends in a yoga class, and helping edit pitch decks, resumes or essays, I feel the thrill of movement and progress, which is often paradoxically amplified by moments of intense stillness and focus. Deep conversations with friends and family are often the most meaningful moments of my day.
