About Kimberly
My corporate life experience was as a senior level executive for over 20 years at fast-paced, results driven non-profits. Doing this all while balancing a family of three step-daughters, a toddler, a dog, cat and a husband whose job was equally as demanding. While juggling my work and personal life, I always gravitated toward helping people live their best lives. While my job was stable and I was excelling in my role, I felt like something was missing. It was no longer fulfilling me in the way that it once had. I loved working in the non- profit sector and enjoyed making a strategic impact. Though, my real love was in mentoring and helping staff tap into their individual strengths and see them succeed. It was through working with my own life coach that I decided to leave my secure job and branch out and take a chance on my dream which was to become a coach and a therapist. Once I stopped listening to my internal critic I made the move and I haven't looked back! That is what ultimately led me to Executive and Life Coaching and my training with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) which is the world’s leading and longest-standing provider of coaching training. Based on the Co-Active Model, it begins by holding the person being coached as naturally creative, resourceful and whole, and completely capable of finding their own answers to whatever challenges they face. It builds off of our inherent strengths and helps us to find and live our most resonant lives.
Why do I coach?
I have experienced first-hand the benefits of coaching and the power it can bring to help remove our own internal road-blocks and barriers and get to the other side. Whether that is a career change, the job or promotion we so want and deserve, stepping into our authentic leadership style or entering into the workforce- I am here to be your partner. I am passionate about helping people access their own self-knowledge and inner wisdom to truly live the life that they want.
