About Kevin

Kevin is currently the Chief of Staff to Mark Pincus, founder of Zynga. His responsibilities span across operating, investing, and advisory work across AI, gaming, and social. He's worked in a variety of roles across management consulting (BCG), investment banking (Citi), private equity operations (KKR), product management (Homebase, growth stage SaaS business), and other strategy / ops roles at early stage technology businesses (Dot Earth). Kevin received a BA in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Why do I coach?

As the son of blue-collar immigrants who didn't have the opportunity to attend college, I relied heavily on mentors and sponsors to guide me through each stage of my career. Coaches and advisors have been integral to my career progression, and I am excited to serve as a resource to the next generation of aspiring leaders. I've been mentoring and coaching others informally since I was in high school, and formally started coaching clients in 2020 at the onset of the pandemic. With years of academic and professional experience across firms, universities, and industries on both coasts, I'm excited to partner with you as you pursue your next endeavor.
