About Keith

I am an ICF Certified Executive and Leadership Coach with 20 years of experience in Management and Engineering and 17+ years of leading and developing people. I previously worked at the executive level in operations management. A few years back I stepped out of the management space to go overseas and do non-profit work. While doing that I found coaching and its transformation ability to help people grow in their careers and achieve the change they are looking for in their lives. I am back in the U.S. now but continue to coach helping people reach their professional and personal goals. I am fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and when I am not coaching I enjoy fishing, playing guitar, and spending time with family. I enjoy working with people transitioning to higher levels of responsibility whether as an individual contributor to a manager, front-line supervisor to a manager of managers, or into executive management. I specialize in business strategy, project management, and operations management. As a coach, I help coachees take the next steps in their career development and help them build relationships, and improve influence with key stakeholders. My experience provides a unique perspective that enhances communication, ensures accountability, increases influence, and navigates complex organizational cultures.
