About Keanna

TL;DR: I’m passionate about people, partnership, and progress. I specialize in finding talent, partnering with leadership, and building high-performing teams while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. As a recruiter, coach, and woman of color, I keep DEI at the forefront of everything I do, ensuring I advocate for diverse talent and contribute to inclusive hiring practices. With 7 years of full-cycle recruiting and a strong track record of coaching individuals to land their next opportunity, I’m committed to helping people excel in every stage of their professional journey—whether it’s through resume optimization, interview preparation, salary negotiation, or job search strategies. Having coached and placed over 100 clients across various industries, I’m driven by the results that come from matching the right talent with the right opportunities. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling (I lived abroad for 2 years in Mexico City & Paris ), being active whether it's HIIT classes, yoga, pilates, or hiking, and trying new restaurants as a foodie. I'm always looking to grow my personal and professional network. Feel free to connect with me via Linkedin and follow me on IG @yourkeycoach for career tips and more information about my services.

Why do I coach?

I coach because I genuinely love helping people unlock their potential and find career success. There’s nothing quite like seeing someone land their dream job or negotiate a well-deserved raise after we've worked together. I started YourKeyCoach because I wanted to provide that personalized, one-on-one support that can make all the difference while leveraging my background in Talent Acquisition at tech and nontech companies. Whether it’s fine-tuning a resume, prepping for a big interview, or navigating tricky salary negotiations, I’m here to help you feel confident and in control of your career journey. For me, coaching isn’t just about giving advice; it’s about partnering with you to build the career you’ve always wanted.
