About Kathryn

I graduated from London Business School MBA program in July 2021. Whilst at LBS, I was a Student Ambassador working closely with the Admissions Committee to select the next batch of MBA students. I've been on both sides of the table, and I know just how daunting and stressful applying can be! Whilst at LBS, I was co-President of the Entrepreneurship club, launched a podcast interviewing VC investors and founders and co-authored two cases on entrepreneurship with world-class professors. I'm currently the alumni lead for the Entrepreneurship Institute at LBS and work for a fintech scale up in a Strategy role. Prior to LBS, I worked 5 years in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Evercore, working on a number of M&A and DCM transactions with tier 1 PE funds (most notably, the acquisition of London City Airport by an international consortium). I'm very passionate about diversity and inclusion, co-chairing the diversity committee at BAML & Evercore. I've helped a number of candidates navigate through the application process, focusing on telling their story in a compelling way and how it makes them unique. I leverage my knowledge of the school to provide an insight on how to tailor the candidates experience and post-MBA plans for maximum impact. My style of coaching is collaborative, listening to your pain points and finding a solution together on how we can best solve them. My success comes from investing time to understand all aspects of your background well and showcasing your strengths in a way that makes you a great fit for the program. I work best with candidates that are looking for a career or geography switch from all international backgrounds.
