About Kathleen

I have extensive interviewing experience from throughout my professional career. These include MBA admissions interviews, MBB consulting interviews, and behavioral interviews in a variety of forms. I have also given countless mock interviews and have experience giving very detailed, nuanced feedback and tips to help candidates find immediate growth opportunities. I graduated from Colby College with a BA in Economics/Mathematics before starting my career at Cornerstone Research, an economic consulting firm specializing in economic and financial analysis for litigation. I then attended University of Chicago Booth School of Business before continuing my consulting career at Bain. Over the 3.5 years I was there, I embraced the generalist model and did work across a variety of functions and industries, including manufacturing, logistics, and hospitality. Post-Bain, I'm focused on retail/consumer and e-commerce -- currently, as Sr. Director, Special Projects and general manager of the marketplace business at Ruggable, the Original Washable Rug.

Why do I coach?

I've enjoyed coaching and being a mentor throughout my career -- it's a great way to give back, given how much I've benefited from mentors and coaches throughout my own career.
