About Karin
Hi, I'm Karin and I'm excited to work with you towards two of the most exciting years of your life: business school! My HBS experience was every bit as transformative as advertised. Because of that, I’m passionate about helping others embark on their own MBA journeys. I’m here to be a partner, sounding board, and confidant all the way to the finish line. With experience living in Germany, Switzerland, China, and the US, I bring a multicultural perspective to my work. With a background in psychology and management consulting, I'm all about understanding motivations and connecting the right data points from your background to craft a compelling narrative. I have 5+ years of experience coaching applicants through college, consulting, and MBA applications.
Why do I coach?
Looking back at every major application in my life (college, jobs, business school), it always seems to clear in hindsight what I should have done differently. To me, the MBA admissions process should be about you discovering yourself, your motivations, and your story - not about recreating strategies you can learn from others who have done it before. As a coach, I hope to help you take advantage of the experiences of others before you, so you can focus on bringing forth the best version of yourself.
