My Background My journey includes distinguished service at the FBI, where I led critical information security initiatives and directed enterprise-wide cybersecurity & risk programs. Following my federal service, I've held senior technology and security leadership positions at Deloitte, McKinsey & Company, the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS), BlueCross BlueShield, & GlaxoSmithKline. Throughout my career, I've consistently delivered innovative security solutions while building and mentoring high-performing teams in complex regulatory environments.

I coach because I believe in the power of sharing knowledge and building the next generation of cybersecurity leaders. My journey from the FBI to leading security programs across multiple industries has taught me that success in cybersecurity isn't just about technical skills - it's about mentorship, guidance, and community. I've seen firsthand how mentorship can transform careers and strengthen our field.
