Jordan’s Law School Qualifications

At the end of the day, becoming a successful lawyer is a game. I don’t mean to trivialize the practice of law, which can be deeply meaningful. But building the legal career you want means navigating a process that is not only expensive and time-consuming, but also fiercely competitive. And here’s one thing virtually all top competitors have in common: an experienced coach. That’s where I come in. I’ve played the game and know it well. During my legal career, I earned admission to a top-five law school, clerked for a future Supreme Court Justice, worked as Special Counsel for a U.S. Senator, and even helped litigate in the Supreme Court on behalf of the President. Getting where you want to go in law takes more than hard work or talent—it takes strategy. And great strategies come from experience, not guesswork. As your coach, I’ll help you define your goals and map out the steps to achieve them. Together, we’ll uncover what makes you unique and compelling as a candidate, and I’ll teach you to craft applications, personal statements, and even emails that get you noticed by law schools, mentors, and employers. Your education and career may be the most important—and highest-stakes—game you ever play. But you don’t have to play it alone! Let’s talk about how we can create your winning strategy.

About Jordan

I love to write. This passion led me first to study English, then to a career in law. In both fields, I saw firsthand how good writing—a strong thesis, a compelling story, a logical flow—could not only earn you good grades, but also get you scholarships, land you jobs, and win you cases. Working hard to hone those skills took led me to the top echelons of my field. I've clerked for a future Supreme Court Justice, worked for a United States Senator, and drafted all kinds of briefs for litigation before the Supreme Court, for instance. Now I want to share my expertise with you as you apply to your dream schools and jobs. I know what it takes to succeed in a career in professional service—it's a world I navigated for years. So I can help you develop your own capabilities so you can write your own story in life. If that interests you, let's connect. I'm looking forward to working with you on your goals.

Why do I coach?

I think mentorship may be the single most valuable external resource for anyone who is trying to accomplish anything. So much of my life has been shaped by my incredible mentors. I have personally gone from searching vainly for the path forward to unlocking incredible success—more than once—just because the right person took me under their wing. Coaching gives me an opportunity to pay this forward.
