*** Top-15 Leland coach in 2021 *** I'm a recent Wharton MBA student here to help any applicants, especially those who come from a STEM and/or consulting background. Prior to enrolling at Wharton, I worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, which included a 1-year rotation within the firm's Sustainability Practice. There, I advised my private equity, oil & gas, and utility clients primarily on energy transition topics. I've done a significant amount of mentoring in the past six years, primarily helping students and young professionals from STEM backgrounds break into the world of business. As a chemical engineering graduate myself, I have witnessed the value that STEM graduates bring into management consulting and the general business world. During my MBA application process, I needed to highlight why my STEM degree, consulting work, and international volunteer experience would be assets to my future academic community. I'm excited to work with any and all candidates, although I will be uniquely suited to help those who come from a STEM background and/or have worked in management consulting. As a coach, I'm adept at crafting compelling narratives for admissions committees, and can also help with all the other aspects of your MBA application. Lastly, I interviewed with all four MBA programs to which I applied (Wharton, HBS, Booth, and MIT Sloan) and can discuss my experience with those specific schools.
