I spent 7 years at Boston Consulting Group (from Associate to Consultant and Project Leader), during which as office contribution I was always active in Recruiting, first as Interview Coach where I helped new applicants get ready for their interviews, and then as Interviewer for Associate and Consultant positions. During my MBA at INSEAD, I also helped a lot of my classmates in prepping for their interviews. I really enjoyed this experience which is why I'm now also doing this via Leland
