About Isabella
I work with you on growing sustainably as a leader and navigating change. My coaching is informed by over a decade of experience working in global organizations, my work as a Human Resource Business Partner supporting Tech executives in everything from leadership development to team effectiveness to organizational change, my experience with mindfulness and self-compassion practices and a lifetime of living, working and travelling around the world.
Why do I coach?
My values of growth, connection and meaning led me to leadership coaching several years ago. Throughout my career, I have navigated several transitions from Marketing to Human Resources to Leadership Coaching, and I know first-hand what it means to give voice to something inside you that’s trying to emerge. We spend a large majority of our lives at work, and our experiences in this arena impact our personal lives and those around us. This is what I’ve moved toward in each of my transitions – revealing the transformational power of individuals in the workplace.
