As a Program Manager, Leadership Development on Delta’s Global Leadership, Learning & Development (GLLD) team, Holly helps accelerate the execution of programs and strategies to meet Delta’s growing demand and commitment to developing and growing their leadership pipeline. Holly is responsible for leading the design and execution of the enterprise leadership development strategy, collaborating with divisional learning leaders to create a cohesive approach to achieving Delta’s strategic priorities through leadership development.
