About Haelee

Hi! My name is Haelee and I am a Licensed Master Social Worker. I have a background in communications and marketing and worked in the nonprofit industry for five years. I am a total book nerd--ever since I was a kid, I've always had a stack of books nearby! I love language and the power of storytelling, which is why I am so excited to connect with you and help you tell your story. I grew up in Arizona and am a desert girl at heart, though I now live in central Texas with my husband. In my free time, I love reading (duh), going on walks with a good podcast, cooking, and watching the latest episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians. I can't wait to get to know you!

Why do I coach?

I coach because I believe connection and relationships have the power to bring out the resources we already have within us and equip us with the tools we need to reach our full potential. When I was going through the college admissions process, my high school guidance counselor told me that my college essay was a "red flag". I had spoken about my experience living with a mental health condition in high school and how that experience fundamentally shaped me. I was confused and upset, but I believed in my story and the way I had chosen to tell it. I ended up getting into every school I applied to, with significant scholarships as well. Throughout that part of my life--and in every stage after--I have been so lucky to have mentors who believed in me and my story. I want to be a cheerleader for you and help you tell your story, and I am honored to walk alongside you in this process.
