About Greg
I'm an MBA and MS in Environment grad from the Stanford GSB ('22), here to help prospective MBAs focused on climate & the environment or who are applying from overseas. At Stanford, I was deeply involved in interdisciplinary sustainability initiatives, from winning Botha-Chan and Stanford GSB Impact Founder awards for a climatetech venture to winning an E-IPER Collaboration Grant for sustainability research and publishing research via Stanford's Sustainable Finance Initiative. I've been coaching for the past four years, and the people I've worked with have been admitted to Fulbright and Chevening scholarships and top-10 schools. All that to say, I'm a coach with a global and impact-focused perspective. I'm a passionate environmentalist who has traveled across the world on sustainability and environmental projects, from Bhutan to Ecuador to the Marshall Islands to Mongolia. From the Boston area originally, I double majored in Economics and Environmental Policy at Boston University before starting my career in management consulting in the Energy & Utilities sector, where my projects helped accelerate the renewables transition in the U.S. energy sector. I was then awarded a Princeton in Asia fellowship to work in Mongolia, where I found my second home after spending three years leading innovative climate finance programs for the eco-banking team of a commercial bank while also running a social enterprise. I then returned to the U.S. for an MBA/MS in Environment and Resources at the Stanford GSB to continue to explore my passion for the environment and social impact. As a coach, I specialize in helping those applying from overseas and those who are passionate about sustainability and the environment. MBA applications are grueling; applying from abroad or applying to a dual degree program brings even more challenge and uncertainty. Having applied from Mongolia and gotten into Stanford's MBA/MS program, I know what that feels like. I'm here to help lighten the burden as we uncover and showcase your passions and strengths. Whether you're applying from abroad or not, if you're looking for a guide with a global perspective, a diverse background, and a focus on the environment, I'm your guy. I'm excited to put in the work alongside you.
