About Grace
Hi, I’m Grace. My story is about building bridges—between sectors, ideas, and people. Growing up in Colorado, I spent my time skiing, hiking, and competing as a figure skater. I studied physiology at the University of Colorado Boulder (earning a BA and MS) and went on to explore careers that blend innovation with impact. I’ve worked on HIV vaccine trials in Rwanda, launched telehealth initiatives in the U.S. to support underserved populations during the pandemic, and am now driving growth and prosperity in emerging markets. With an MBA from Stanford GSB, I’ve learned how to connect the dots between diverse experiences and turn them into meaningful, forward-looking stories. My career has taken me across continents and industries, but the common thread has always been this: I’m driven by a desire to create real, lasting change.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I know the power of having someone in your corner. As a competitive figure skater, I learned early on how much a great coach can do—not just to teach skills but to guide, encourage, and challenge you to become your best. Later, as a figure skating coach, I saw firsthand how transformative it was to help others build confidence, set ambitious goals, and achieve things they didn’t think possible. When I applied to business school, even though I had incredible mentors, I realized I needed a coach to help me clarify my story and strengthen my application. Asking for help was humbling, but it was also the best decision I made. My coach helped me see connections in my journey that I couldn’t see on my own, and that experience taught me how invaluable it is to have someone who truly understands the process and is invested in your success. Now, as a coach, I bring that same commitment to my clients. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, and I know how transformative it is to have someone to guide you, cheer you on, and push you when you need it most. I coach because I want to help others navigate these moments with clarity, confidence, and the belief that they can achieve their dreams.
