Glenn’s Venture Capital Qualifications
Experience level: Principal
As a venture capitalist at Jump Capital, I have evaluated hundreds of startup business plans and pitches. This gives me deep insight into what makes for an appealing venture funding proposal. My network across VC firms provides inside knowledge of what investors look for during the recruiting and fundraising process. Having successfully navigated business school applications and secured roles in consulting and venture capital myself, I understand the challenges applicants face. My on-the-ground experience allows me to offer valuable guidance at every step, from crafting essays to acing interviews. Whether you are aiming for a top MBA program or building a career in consulting or VC, I have the qualifications to help you get there.

Why do I coach?
I coach people on their MBA applications and provide career guidance for those interested in venture capital and consulting because I find it deeply rewarding to help others achieve their professional goals. As an MBA graduate and former management consultant myself, I understand the challenges of navigating these competitive fields. When I applied to business school in 2020, I benefited enormously from the support of mentors who guided me through the demanding admissions process. Now, I want to pay that guidance forward by advising MBA applicants on how to craft a compelling personal narrative and put together a strong application. Furthermore, my experience working for a top consulting firm and later as an investor has given me valuable insights into these industries that I can share with clients. Whether someone aspires to join a leading venture capital firm or management consultancy, I can offer the perspective needed to position themselves for success. From resume design to interview preparation, I enjoy leveraging my own background to propel others towards their career objectives. Supporting professionals on their journeys into consulting, VC, and top MBA programs is an incredibly fulfilling aspect of my work.
