About Elaine

My career has been in sales, sales management and sales training (aka sales readiness). During that time, I've enjoyed great personal success - but also experienced the great highs and lows of corporate software sales. I'm driven by deep curiosity and awareness of how different people have defined and achieved success. Over the last two years I dedicated my life to developing coaching skills so that I can help others - in their career and in their personal life. A specific focus is helping create a healthy relationship with a career so that individuals can thrive in every aspect in their life. My side gig is travel. I spent a year backpacking through Europe on my own and include travel as a way of expanding my world view.

Why do I coach?

I coach because I love helping others. It is the greatest joy to be a part of someone's journey toward living their best life. Throughout my career, I was the recipient of informal coaching (before coaching and mentoring was a defined practice). I believe everyone needs a safe place, a sounding board and a partner in clarifying their goals. As I reflect on my career, my greatest achievement has been supporting others. I supported and mentored an administrative assistant into a VP of Global Sales role. I coached my inside sales partner toward becoming a highly-successful sales executive.
