In addition to receiving consulting offers from McKinsey, BCG, and Capital One, I've given over 100 cases and have helped other students (with business and non-business backgrounds, from target and non-target schools) receive both internship and full-time offers at McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Oliver Wyman, and more. As a business analyst intern at McKinsey last year, I worked within the Digital Practice and was active within the Women's and Asian American affinity groups. As a participant in the BCG, Deloitte, and Capital One early mentorship programs, I’ll share insight into how to best leverage the resources and opportunities from these programs. I previously served as a Managing Director and Director for Professional Development for Harvard Undergraduate Consulting on Business and Environment, where I’ve mentored dozens of students throughout the recruiting process, compiled extensive case prep resources, and worked with MBB recruiters to co-host panels to shed light onto the hiring process.
