🎯I’m an executive coach with over 20 years of experience helping leaders across industries unlock their full potential. I’ve had the privilege of working with leaders in diverse environments, including London and New York City, which has given me a broad, global perspective that I bring to my coaching practice. 🎯Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a variety of roles—ranging from teaching and authoring literacy and language textbooks to serving as a management consultant at Hay Group UK. From 2011 to 2023, I led Leadership & Talent Development teams at leading organizations such as Bloomberg, ADP, and HashiCorp. In these roles, I collaborated closely with senior executives to build high-performing teams and create impactful leadership programs. 🎯Born in Cape Town, I’m deeply rooted in a diverse and dynamic approach to leadership, and my broad career experiences allow me to connect with leaders at all levels, no matter their seniority or background. My approach to coaching is centered around creating a thinking space where you can engage with yourself with compassion and clarity. I aim to help you view opportunities not just as tasks to accomplish but as chances for curiosity and growth. 🎯I am an ICF-certified Associate Certified Coach (ACC), and I am currently pursuing my Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential. My coaching style is a blend of deep self-reflection and practical application. I guide my clients to reflect on their leadership experiences, build greater self-awareness, and apply those insights to create tangible, sustainable growth.
