About Daniela
With over 25 years of experience in executive search and leadership advisory across the UK, Europe, and Africa, I’ve successfully placed top-tier talent in both executive and non-executive board roles. For the past 15 years, my focus has been on supporting Private Equity-backed portfolio companies, helping them attract and engage exceptional talent to drive innovation and deliver outstanding results. In 2014, I founded Anderson Partners, an Executive Search and talent management firm. We specialize in partnering with Private Equity firms and high-growth companies, offering creative and bespoke solutions to not only secure the best talent but also to provide valuable market insights and strategies that enhance investment outcomes. I personally lead every project from start to finish, while collaborating with a network of sector specialists to ensure tailored expertise on each assignment. I hold a Joint Honours MA in International Relations and Italian Literature from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland. As a German-Italian national fluent in five languages, I have lived and worked internationally for much of my career, which has given me a deep appreciation of cultural diversity in an increasingly interconnected world. Outside of my professional work, I am passionate about community service and giving back. I serve on the board of Action West London, a social mobility charity, and I also sit as a Justice of the Peace in London's adult courts, a role that has deepened my awareness of social issues and strengthened my commitment to fairness and justice. Additionally, I am a Parent Governor at my local primary school, where I advocate for the well-being and educational standards of students. Through my professional endeavors and charitable activities, I am fortunate to meet extraordinary people who inspire and enrich my journey every day.

I coach because I’m genuinely interested in helping people unlock their potential and achieve their goals. As an empathetic listener, I’m fascinated by the stories and experiences that shape each person’s journey. I believe everyone has the ability to grow and succeed, and I find great satisfaction in supporting that process. With over 25 years of leadership advisory experience, I’ve worked with a wide range of individuals across different industries and cultures. This has reinforced my belief that, with the right guidance and support, people can overcome challenges and make real progress in both their personal and professional lives. Action West London (formerly Action Acton) is an innovative charity and social enterprise with the Mission of 'Changing lives through Employment, Education and Enterprise’. Action West London works in partnership with other charities, social enterprises, local authorities, public sector bodies and private sector prime contractors. Support is provided for people facing the most barriers to employment, education and training --- long term unemployed, NEET young people, young and adult offenders, care leavers, lone parents, individuals with mental health and disability issues, black and ethnic minorities, refugees and older people. Action West London also promotes self-employment, business and social enterprise start-ups through stalls at Acton Street Market .
