About Conrad
Hi there! I'm Conrad. I'm a former NFL kicker and McKinsey consultant turned entrepreneur with three degrees from Stanford University. I'm originally from Pasadena, CA, and currently split time between Los Angeles and New York City. I recently left McKinsey & Company to start my company, Lifespark. We are empowering men to take control of their reproductive health with at-home solutions. Prior, I was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company in New York. I was a part of the growth, marketing, and sales team, with a focus on consumer, healthcare, and private equity. I specialize in athletes (and adjacent) who are looking to break into entrepreneurship, consulting, business school, and everything in between. Let's make it happen!
Why do I coach?
I've been lucky to have mentors who have helped me get to where I am. It takes a village, and I want to pay it forward. I am incredibly structured, and start every session running through our checklist that we co-develop and track. I won't let anything get in the way of progress. Shoot me a message and let's get started!
