About Claire
I was born in Beijing and grew up in Vancouver, Canada. I came to the US for college, graduating with a double major in Business Administration and Economics. After graduation, I worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley in San Francisco. I've recently wrapped up my 2 years in investment banking and started at The Carlyle Group as a Private Equity Associate in the U.S. Buyout - Technology group.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I want to be a resource for women who want to break into investment banking or private equity. I couldn't have gotten to where I am today without my mentors helping me along the way, and I want to help those who are interested in the finance industry learn more about the field, and create more connections with those considering finance as a career.
