About Christina

Since joining Leland this summer, I have helped clients land interviews and offers from BCG, Bain, McKinsey, and Deloitte Consulting. My experience comes from 7 years of working at McKinsey starting as a Business Analyst and growing in my role eventually as a Senior Engagement Manager. In the last four years, I interviewed 100+ candidates and made offer decisions alongside partners. I'm confident in my ability to help you build a tailored plan that leads to interviews and offers in consulting. I'd love to partner with you!

Why do I coach?

During my recruiting, I had a few potential hurdles (e.g., visa sponsorship, non-traditional background, new to case interviewing). The stress of interview prep is no joke, and I'm here to be your partner. I managed to land my McKinsey offer with 2 weeks of targeted prep. I'm eager to share my strategies, insights, and a crucial mindset shift that can aid you during your own interviews.
