About Cesar

Hi! I'm Cesar, and I'm an MIT Sloan, Harvard Kennedy School, and Harvard College graduate with deep experience helping clients realize their academic, professional, and personal ambitions. My career journey has been far from straightforward. After graduating from Harvard, I eagerly entered medical school at Yale only to face the difficult realization that medicine was not my true calling. This pivotal moment taught me to embrace change and the fluid nature of personal and professional growth. I learned the importance of understanding my strengths, adapting to new situations, and effectively communicating my value to others. Since then, I have successfully reinvented myself multiple times, working and learning at the most prestigious organizations in the United States including an orchestral society, an executive recruiting firm, the U.S. Department of Labor, MIT Sloan and HKS, Paramount Pictures, and now as a management consultant at PwC. Each move required the ability to successfully convey how my holistic and diverse journey made me an asset to each organization. With the right mentorship and guidance, you too can build a fulfilling and impactful career, whether your vision is clearly defined or still evolving. I'm dedicated to empowering clients to navigate the complexities of their career paths and embrace the opportunities that change brings. Let's work together to discover your path and unlock your potential—I'm excited to be a part of your journey!

Why do I coach?

My journey began with a pivotal relationship in high school—my guidance counselor, who was my first mentor and an extraordinary coach. As a top performer, I was unaware of the possibilities beyond my immediate environment as no one in my family had attended Ivy League schools, and it was my counselor who challenged me to dream bigger. She pushed me to explore new opportunities, new schools, and ultimately, this guidance led to my acceptance into every top program in the country. Throughout each stage of my career, I have consistently sought out mentors and networks to gain insights from their experiences. These connections provided clarity and confidence to make informed decisions and embrace change. I learned that having a supportive mentor or coach is not just beneficial—it's essential for personal and professional growth. This is why coaching is so important to me. I know firsthand how transformative it can be to have someone in your corner, offering guidance, pushing you to think creatively, and encouraging you through difficult moments. It's why I've worked with dozens of clients, friends, and coachees as they pursue their big dreams such as getting into their top MBA programs or landing their next big role. I'm committed to being a resource for you, helping you unlock your potential and achieve your goals.
