About Carson
I'm Carson Zink, an interview/recruitment coach with a passion for helping aspiring professionals break into the industry. With a dual Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Utah, I have a strong foundation in the field. I have also gained valuable experience as an Analyst at Cross Creek and a Corporate Development Analyst at Platform Accounting Group. In addition, I have worked as an Associate at Sorenson Impact and interned at the University Venture Fund and Joan and Tim Fenton Founders Fund. Through my coaching, I have successfully guided 20-25 individuals towards their investment banking and venture capital goals. Whether you need assistance with resume building, interview preparation, networking strategies, technical prep, or behavioral prep, I'm here to help you navigate the competitive landscape and achieve your dreams. Don't hesitate to reach out and let's start working together!
Why do I coach?
I come from a non-target university and have developed a passion for helping others break into the careers they aspire to. I coach because I’m passionate about helping others achieve their goals and break into competitive careers, especially those who face challenges similar to what I experienced. It’s rewarding to guide people, share insights, and watch them grow both personally and professionally.
