Why do I coach?
You know that gnawing sensation that there's something more out there for you, even though you can't quite name it. After 17 years at Google, I was living what looked like the dream – yet I felt like I was sleepwalking through someone else's life. But here's what I discovered: The path to real impact isn't about changing who you are – it's about becoming more of who you already are. By diving deep into my core strengths, rediscovering my values, and reconnecting with what truly lights me up, I didn't just break free from feeling trapped. I learned to soar.
