About Caitlin

Hi there! My name is Caitlin - I graduated from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management Full-time MBA program in 2018 and spent 3.5 years at Bain & Company's Chicago office as a post-MBA consultant and manager. Prior to business school, I worked in retail at Target Corp + healthcare at UnitedHealth Group. Today, I specialize in retail/CPG strategy & ecommerce - currently, I am a Director of Merchandising Strategy & Transformation at Albertsons Companies. Going into my first year at Kellogg, I was selected as a 'McKinsey Emerging Scholar' and received full-time offers from Bain, McKinsey, & BCG in Chicago (only 1 of 2 Kellogg students who received offers from all 3 MBB firms; 1 of 2 Bain/McKinsey/BCG Chicago offerees to receive all 3 offers). After joining Bain's Chicago office, I was chosen to lead Kellogg on-campus recruiting where I helped 100+ students prepare for the consulting interview process. Between Bain recruiting & Kellogg consulting club, I have given more case interviews that I can possibly count. I have a unique arsenal of tips & tricks to help you not only crush the case, but stand out in the interview process and secure an offer. For those interested in MBA application support, I was accepted at Kellogg, Booth, & Fuqua - including $250K+ in scholarships awarded. During my time at Kellogg, I personally supported several applicants that were accepted to Kellogg full-time MBA programs, including off the waitlist. Post-Kellogg, I served as an Alumni interviewer and have a unique perspective into what it takes to stand out and how to best prepare.
