Why do I coach?

As a former chemical engineering student who transitioned into New Product Operations roles at Microsoft and Apple, I have always been driven by a passion for problem-solving and innovation. This background, coupled with my experience, has uniquely equipped me to guide individuals in realizing their potential both personally and professionally through coaching. Witnessing individuals achieve their goals, whether it is advancing in their careers or finding fulfillment in their personal lives, is what motivates me to continue coaching and making a positive impact.
