About Brett
Hi, I'm Brett. I successfully interviewed at 10+ strategy & management consulting firms before taking a role at Bain & Company. I spent 3 years at Bain, working closely with the recruiting and interview teams throughout my time at the firm. I left Bain in 2021 to take a new role leading the strategy team of a rapidly growing consumer goods manufacturing company, which we grew by over 3x before a successful exit. People development and coaching have always been a personal passion, and I have trained & coached hundreds of aspiring consultants over the last 5 years, and helped many of them secure internship and full time offers at McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Oliver Wyman, LEK, & many others.
Why do I coach?
In addition to management consulting & career coaching I also coach high school boys volleyball! In short, I love helping people achieve their goals and helping them push past the obstacles in their way. I've learned that quality coaching can be indispensable in creating meaningful improvement, and I particularly enjoy creating moments where things "click" and clients & students can take big jumps forward in their development. Perhaps most importantly, I have benefited throughout my life and career from strong mentors and coaches, and I believe strongly in passing along the advice and counsel that has been so valuable to me in my journey!
