About Brandon

Hi, I'm Brandon! I'm an admit of the Stanford Graduate School of Business, via their deferred MBA program. After graduating from the University of Southern California with a degree in political science in Spring 2024, I currently work as a management consultant at KPMG. Growing up in the Bay Area as a first-gen student, I developed a sense of initiative and responsibility that helped me achieve many of my higher education goals. My experiences also, however, instilled in me the mission of empowering others through social impact. In fact, in addition to my full-time job, I currently lead ChallengeUS, a nonprofit working to engage students in civics through hosting academic competitions. Outside of work, I enjoy playing and following sports as well as film and television. I'm excited to be in your corner as you navigate your own MBA journey. Wherever you are in that process or whatever you might need support with, I'm here to help. It'd be my pleasure to be a resource for you.

Why do I coach?

Driven by my professional and personal experiences, especially as a first-generation student, I’ve come to believe the greatest impact one can have is equipping others with the tools and opportunities to reach their fullest potential, so that they might proliferate further impact with their lives. Through coaching, I see the opportunity to do exactly that and pay forward all the incredible guidance I've received that enabled me to achieve many of my goals, including admission to the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Almost nothing makes me feel more fulfilled than learning someone's story and working with them to achieve their professional or educational goals. As great as it is to achieve incredible things for yourself, there's something particularly enriching and meaningful about seeing others you've impacted also attain their goals. And that is why I coach.
