What’s included? The basic package comes with a behavioral diagnostic call and 2 detailed training and mock behavioral calls with detailed feedback to iterate upon and my spin on the STAR method. The calls will follow a structured plan to work on your weak points and help develop your confidence and storytelling abilities. I will also talk about how you can use a quality-focused networking strategy with MBB firms to boost your interview and offer chances. Behavioral interviews are all about balancing authenticity with confidence and preparation, and I'm here to help you present the best version of yourself! The advanced behavioral interview package comes with 3 additional calls that we can customize together to focus on your weak points (speaking with confidence, being concise, using the STAR method, etc) and truly build your confidence so that you nail the interview! We can also use these calls to specifically target a firm, such as McKinsey PEI or Bain's informal behavioral process. Who is this package good for? If you are new to behavioral interviews and want to understand the core principles of communicating the best version of yourself, then these packages are for you! I highly recommend college sophomores, juniors, and seniors who are recruiting to consider this package for comprehensive behavioral interview mastery. How do I like to work with applicants? I like to have an initial diagnostic call with my clients and then track progress via follow-up calls and text check-ins. I like to go for quality > quantity, so I hope to meet with my clients on an as-needed basis and aim for substantial progress, answer drafting, and practice between our calls. Response Time I aim to be timely with my support within 24 hours but there are times when I cannot deliver within the 24 hours. I will communicate proactively with you in those instances to ensure we aren’t missing any deadlines. It’s helpful if we get started early so we don’t end up with tight timelines right up to the deadline.
