My journey began in high school with an internship at the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Lab where I spent three summers. In college, I completed internships in both software engineering and data science at Microsoft, leading to a full-time position where I've honed my skills in SQL and Azure Databricks. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Brigham Young University with a degree in Computer Science, an emphasis data science, and minors in Statistics and Math. I'm currently pursuing a Master's in Organizational Leadership at Johns Hopkins University. I'm passionate about helping aspiring data scientists navigate their career paths and achieve their goals. Why do I coach?

I coach because I know firsthand how powerful mentorship can be. As a woman in STEM, I was fortunate to have mentors—many of them women—who showed me what was possible and helped me navigate the challenges of the field.
