It is an incredibly important stage that has the potential to set you up for massive success later on, but it's important to approach it strategically. I'd love to help you navigate the decisions you'll face, create buy-in with more senior leaders, communicate effectively, demonstrate your value, and more. In my first full-time job out of college, I was promoted 4x in 2 years, ran a 5+ person team within 1 year of graduating, and began work as an independent consultant for startups and VCs. Why do I coach?
I strongly believe in the power of mentorship and getting help to reach your goals. In people's stories, it often appears as if the "hero" gets to their destination all on their own, when that is absolutely not the case. I coach to help you, the hero, chase your dreams and achieve your goals. I am where I am because of those who have come before me and those who have helped me along the way. I am excited to help people tactically with actionable advice on their college applications, but also more abstractly, by showing others all that they are capable of. You don't know what you can do until you try, or until you're surrounded by people who believe in you.
