About Amanda
I bring over 20 years of experience in career coaching, counseling, and program management, working with individuals across diverse industries and life stages. From guiding professionals through career transitions to coaching leaders on personal and professional growth, my mission is to help clients find clarity, confidence, and purpose in their next steps. Throughout my career, I’ve developed and managed programs that empowered hundreds of individuals to achieve their goals, often in challenging circumstances. As a Board Certified Coach, Certified Master of Career Services, and Global Career Development Facilitator, I’ve worked with corporate teams, nonprofit organizations, and individuals navigating everything from leadership challenges to major career shifts. My experience includes program leadership roles where I built teams, trained professionals, and implemented strategies to drive measurable outcomes. With over 1000+ hours of professional coaching experience, my approach is deeply person-centered and strengths-based, with a foundation in values identification and alignment. I believe in meeting clients wherever they are, drawing on their unique talents and experiences to chart a path forward. Whether it’s advancing in a career, finding balance, or redefining success, I’m here to provide practical guidance and unwavering support. I am proud to carry forward the torch of first-generation graduate education, a dream sparked by my great-grandfather, whose life was cut short before he could achieve this goal. Growing up on a farm, I learned the value of hard work firsthand from my late father, whose legacy of perseverance and determination continues to inspire everything I do. These roots shaped not only my character but also my drive to empower others to overcome challenges and achieve their dreams. I thrive with exercise, love the ocean, believe in the power of sleep, and appreciate the opportunity to be a mom to a teenager preparing to launch!
Why do I coach?
I coach because I believe in the transformative power of connection and the potential within every individual to create meaningful change. Empowering others to overcome challenges and take purposeful steps toward their goals energizes me, and nothing is more fulfilling than walking alongside them as they achieve success.
